After several years in Sales within the engineering & construction industry. I founded my own Building Contracting Company, then moved on to establish a Project Management & Design business. 5 years ago with my wife Jackey we bought the jewellers in the High Street and created Jackey L Jewellers ltd. Very recently I have launched ILIAS, an energy assessment business.

Vice Chairman - Bob Foyers.

I established and owned The Wells Deli company in Wells-next-the-Sea before opening The Bistro at the Deli with Karen. I trained as a chef in the Royal Navy and went on to be Sous Chef at the hugely popular Lifeboat Inn and Head Chef at the Jolly Sailor in North Norfolk.

Treasurer – Hugh Cochrane

I am a chartered accountant who was a partner in a large local firm for over ten years. I left to set up my own practice and six years ago I opened offices located just off the High Street in Saxmundham. I am ably assisted in the business by Rachel Daniels, a certified accountant.

Secretary – John Dean

My working life has been spent in the Hospitality and Catering Industry. With my kitchen management background I have worked in hotels, hospitals and industrial catering before going into teaching. I taught all aspects of the hospitality and Catering Industry to students studying on courses from level one to HND at south Cheshire College, Crewe, and Cheshire. In December 2006 I moved to Suffolk with my family and bought The Roundhouse Restaurant on the A12
